OLD BUSH VINE SHIRAZ
The Old Bush Vine Shira which was ripen under dry and cool conditions is deep crimson in colour with a complex nose. With careful handling draws out natural characters of ripe plums, blackberries and dark chocolate with a soft hint of spice. Full bodied wine, with a touch of gracefulness, was aged in both French and American oak for up to 18 months, which not only enhances the flavours but well balanced with silky tannins on the finish. This wine can be enjoyed young, however careful cellarinq for 10-15 years will be rewarded.

Deep dense red appearance, dominate by blackberry and blackcurrant aromas with a hint of liquorice and chocolaty oak. The solid mid palate is vibrant with elegant flavours of black plum and dark berry supported by toasted oak characters which enhances the mouthfeel. The finish is luxurious with fine, velvety tannins complementing a hint of lingering sweetness.

Deep plum red with gorgeous bubbles foaming up, followed on the nose by hints of vanillin oak with spiciness of stewed summer fruits. Rich earthy tannins together with blackberry and ripe plum characters give this wine an elusive balance. Combined with sweet fruit, the dense rich palate finishes with soft acidity and lin gering tannins.

Subtle citrus and fresh vinous fruit character on the nose follow through onto the palate with a slight toasted yeastiness. This light bodied sparkling wine is delicate, with silky palate of refinement and a good acid finish. Great with party or enjoy as an aperitif when chilled.
